The project involves the building of a garage for public transport vehicles and an integrated car park system.
The eight-storey garage has a height of 32 m and a total construction area of 22,500 m2. It offers 669 parking spaces. The two-span access viaduct measures 57 m in length and links to the top-storey of the car park.
A large part of the structure was built using precast elements, with the exception of the foundations and some elevated works, . This project highlights the major attention paid to environmental impact during design activities. Indeed, the car park joins up with the slope’s morphology, staying below the existing road.
